"Refund took forever!!"
I ordered from Foxy's Leotards the refund process was way too slow!! I ended up waiting much longer than I expected, which was super annoying. Not the best experience overall, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Cute, but it takes too much effort to move in"
The leotard looks nice enough, but it really isn’t as stretchy as I expected. I felt like I had to work way too hard just to move comfortably, which is not great for dance. It feels tight when bending or stretching, and I was hoping it would be a lot easier and more comfortable to wear.

"Print got rough really quickly"
I was disappointed with this. The print started cracking way faster than I expected, like after barely any use, and it made the whole thing look worn out. The rhinestones also looked messy, kind of uneven in spots, with some looking crooked, some too spaced out, and some just not placed neatly. It reminded me of when a design is rushed, like messy glue, uneven sparkle, rough edges, that sort of thing. I really wanted to like it, but between the cracking print and the rhinestones not looking clean, I’m not happy with how it turned out.

"Good items, but the updates were all over the place"
I do like the items, so there’s that, but the communication was frustrating. I had to message more than once just to figure out what was happening with my order, and the updates I did get were late or kind of vague. Like, it showed up in the end, which I’m glad about, but I was basically left guessing for a while. The whole thing just felt way more stressful than it needed to be...

The leotard itself was totally fine, so no real complaints there. I guess I just expected the return process to be a little easier, especially for something like sizing. Having to pay for return shipping was frustrating, and the whole policy felt a bit less customer-friendly than I assumed it would be. Not a terrible experience, but it definitely fell short of what I was expecting.

The colors looked almost exactly like the photos, which was a huge relief. In person they’re just a little brighter, nothing shocking, just a tiny extra burst of wow.

"A bit too high-cut for my comfort"
Just a heads up for anyone looking for more coverage: this leotard was a lot less modest than I expected. The cut felt high on me, and I didn’t feel comfortable wearing it to class. It might work fine if you like that style, but if you prefer a little more coverage, I’d probably keep looking
"Terrible Packaging and No Real Accountability"
My order showed up completely crushed, and the box looked like someone had taped it back together in the weirdest way possible. It felt like nobody cared how it arrived as long as it technically made it to my door. What’s frustrating is that companies always seem to have some policy loophole where they can say the item was “delivered” and avoid taking responsibility for the condition it came in. Really disappointing experience.

"Order Wasn’t Exactly Right"
I ended up receiving the wrong size, so the order accuracy was a bit disappointing. It wasn’t a huge disaster, but it was definitely annoying and not quite what I expected. Overall, I just wish the details had been checked a little more carefully before it was sent out

"Checkout Shouldn’t Be This Hard"
I tried to place my order, but the checkout just wouldn’t take my payment. I double-checked my info and everything looked right, so at that point it felt like the site was the problem. A checkout process should be simple, if someone is trying to pay, it shouldn’t be this much of a hassle.

"Pretty good for practice, but runs a little snug"
I’ve worn my Foxys leotard to a few training sessions now, and so far it’s been solid. It stayed put through stretching and floor work, which is usually the first thing I notice with leos. The fabric feels nice too. I kind of assumed it would fit like my other practice leotards, but it ended up being a bit tighter than I expected. If you’re between sizes, I’d probably go up. Overall, I’m happy with it for practice, just wish it had a tiny bit more room

"Exchange turned into a whole project"
I tried to exchange something I ordered from foxysleos.com, it felt way more complicated than it needed to be. I kept having to check what step I was on, like whether I needed to email first, fill something out, wait for a reply, look for a label, or confirm the item again. It was one of those situations where you expect it to be simple, like swapping a size, changing a color, or sending back the wrong fit, but instead it felt like I was doing homework.
The whole thing took too much back and forth just to get a basic exchange sorted out. I don’t mind waiting a little if the process is clear, like waiting for shipping, waiting for a return label, or waiting for customer service to confirm something, but this felt messy and unnecessary. I ended up feeling annoyed because a simple exchange should not feel like making an appointment, following a checklist, and double-checking every little instruction. Not a great experience for me

"I ordered two leos in the same size..."
I ordered two leos in the same size thinking they’d at least fit somewhat the same, but nope. One was way too tight in the shoulders, and the other was loose around my waist, so now I have no clue what size I’m supposed to buy.
The size chart made it seem like everything would be straightforward, but that definitely wasn’t the reality. It’s frustrating when the fit is promised to be reliable and then you end up with two totally different results. I probably won’t order again unless they actually sort out the sizing.

"Not really worth the price"
It was okay overall, but for what I paid, I was expecting a bit more. The quality felt average, nothing that really stood out. And this is where it got annoying: the shipping wasn’t even that fast, so it kind of added to the feeling that it wasn’t worth the price. It’s not terrible, but I probably wouldn’t buy it again.
